When in Taiwan, I still work out 4-5 times a week. 90% lifting, 10% cardio (jogging to the gym and back, which is 1km each way).
But the issue is when I’m NOT in Taiwan. I’ve worked out 3 times in the past two weeks in the fitness rooms in the hotels.
I feel the fitness rooms are very bare bone, which doesn’t motivate me. I feel tired after work, or too hungry, to want to exercise. And, I would much rather explore the places I’m traveling to, which deters me from spending an hour exercising.
I really need to step it up. The pants feel tighter than they did in January.
