Last week, I saw someone whom I haven’t seen in four years. She was on the elliptical machine at the RSF (Berkeley’s gym). I stopped to say hi and wanted to catch up with her. Her name is anonymous, and we attended the same high school. Let’s call her Sigma. We were both on the swimming team and always saw each other on the pool deck. Yesterday, on 12/7/12, I was in San Francisco on my way to a lounge for a @Jetset Times happy hour event. I don’t venture out to The City too often and don’t have a smart phone so I wasn’t completely sure how the Muni transit system worked. “I wonder how many people I’ve looked at all my life and never seen.”

On Wednesday, November 21st, I met a guy named David on the bus ride home from Oakland to Westminster. He sat across from me with his girlfriend. I had left my earphones at my apartment and was music-less, so I had asked if he had earphones to spare. He gladly let me use it for the majority of the busride. Continue reading “David: met.”
