Do you ever get homesick?

Hello, thanks for your question. You’re the first post I’ve ever answered on my phone!

Short answer is yes, I do get homesick. Mostly once a month or two. Almost never past one day.

Home is too comfortable. I feel complacent at home, too easy. California as a whole feels too comfortable to me which is why I want to be away from there until I raise a family.

In my 20s, I’d rather be anywhere but home because I feel it’ll be better for me as a whole. I’ll return when I’ve had my fair share of global adventures.
