Get enough sleep. Get enough so you could function normally. To be dozing off mid day, to feel slow and groggy, to be moody and agitated. That is not adequate sleep.
Sleep deprivation is a time fuse waiting to go off on *insert # on the weight scale* pounds of TNT. In this case, the chemical breakdown of the explosives comprises of: 51% self destruction, 49% verbal & physical abuse (varies in ratio depending on each person).
So, this is my one piece of advice to the readers: If I had one and only one advice to give, get enough sleep.
